Brother Theodore

Theodore Isidore Gottlieb was a one-of-a-kind performer whose career spanned six decades. He was known for stream-of-consciousness monologues which he called "stand-up tragedy". He frequently had himself introduced as "a noted philosopher, metaphysician, and podiatrist”. Theodore occupied a unique space in the entertainment landscape. Give a listen to a sample of his work and how I came to discover it for myself.
